MS Focus: the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation is seeking input through a new survey about experiences with accessing and affording prescription medications used as disease-modifying treatments for MS. The results of the survey will help the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation represent the needs of the MS community while advocating for access to, and affordability of, treatments.

This survey is only open to individuals with MS and their care partners who reside in the United States and its territories.

At the end of the survey participants will be provided with the option to enter an email address to participate in a prize drawing. Seven survey participants will be chosen at random to receive an Amazon gift card. (The drawing will include one $100, two $50, and four $25 gift cards.) To be eligible to receive this prize, MS Focus must be able to verify the recipient is an individual with MS or their care partner.
